This is a genuine Berlebach Planet tripod top plate/adapter with flat top that can be used to build a tripod by just adding some legs.The top plate is drilled for 10mm or 3/8" bolt and has the pictured bubble level seated into it.
New price from Berlebach or Telescope Express is around $275 posted to Oz.
Selling this one is excellent condition for $125 plus postage...
