Help me save up for an astro cam! (Gofundme)

Hi all,
Recently with the help of my parents and Matt Dodds (High school Science teacher), i have set up a gofundme for me to get an ASI1600MM-c Kit. I am only 13 and are not able to make much money, so that is the reason I set this up.

Link: https://www.gofundme.com/help-logan-...er-astrophotos

You can see my astronomy youtube channel here:

Hopefully you can help!

Logan, may I also suggest you consider purchasing directly from ZWO, as even after paying import duty/GST, you'll be CONSIDERABLY ahead of local prices.

Encouragement is the greatest gift one can give.

Fellow members here we have a young man who offers hope that not all of our youth are doomed so please help him.

His example to other young folk hopefully will help the future of the world.

And please reward his enterprise with a small donation...skip a couple of coffees maybe just one beer and help him.

I hope the media get news of Logan and do a story on him...how nice to see him on tv rather than the doom we often get.

Good luck Logan I hope you reach your goal.

Wow Logan, at 13 what you are doing is fabulous and geez don't we need young people like you in amateur Astronomy.
Here is what I would like to do.
Send me a postal address by PM and I will send you an unused in perfect condition ZWO ASI 120MC-S USB3 for you to use until you have near enough funds to buy your new camera - this is for you to keep, no cost.
When you get close to the $ needed you can then sell it here on IIS (or keep it) and put the dollars to your new camera.

Oh Peter, what a generous heart you have, such a truly wonderful thing you've done. Logan looks to be heading for great things, perhaps a supernova discoverer like yourself one day .

Hi Logan ,
I was so impressed with your YouTube video, I was smiling so much while watching it, just thinking wow.... you are so young and look at what you're doing and achieving and thinking, sweetheart you're going great places. Then I went through your instagram pics and I came across the story from the MPAS newsletter, and that was it... I came undone, I went all misty eyed I did! Keep up the great sweetheart, you're an inspiration to many that's for sure.

Meanwhile, let's see what we can do for you on our fb page. Are you able to send me that pic from MPAS (taken January) so I can do a write up with it & try and promote some shares etc? I'll attach the relevant links. That story tugged at my heart strings so much, I felt that was a good choice to go with. You can either email it to me (via private message here- see my email link) or come on over to our facebook page and send me a message there.

Just a thought work considering if you don't mind my 2c worth: I think it's a good idea for people under 16 yrs to put their age in the signature section in the post.
