Been some wild weather over here....

100 k+ winds and heavy rain early in the day,
Got home to find the roof of the Ob in the neighbours back yard ... AGAIN !!
At least it wasn't smashed up like the original factory roof. I build them a lot stronger. I think the problem is I've taken out some trees that gave me protection from the SW blasts and it caught the west lip and flicked it away.
Put it back on, only a few bent corners to sort out and lashed it down for now. Looks like a few more securing mods might be needed. At least it seemed to be pretty dry in there so must have been after the rain went through. Phew !

Glad to hear there was no damage to equipment Brent.

Trying to keep the roof on without making it a real chore to open
is always a compromise.

100 kmh wind is scary. Hang in there.

I reckon some internal lockdowns are the answer, just been too lazy to do anything. Got sort of complacent and thought the new setup would be good for almost conditions. Lesson learned.
Minor repairs and modifications this weekend. In the meantime the ropes will do the job.

hahahahahah, he might get a wee bit upset if I push his kids trampoline out of the way. Besides which his grapefruit tree will spoil the western sight line ...
