Modded 350D - which one

I'm back to pondering the joys of a modded Canon. Eric's recent ruminations on the 40D has set me down this path again.

So I check out the Hutech site and then find that Anttler's Optics also do the mod for less - $150 in US dollars!

So is there a difference?

Pete

Hey Pete, don't get me wrong .. i still havent decide yet as Hutech still hasnt answered my email.

The difference between the Hutech version is that it uses different filters. See: http://www.sciencecenter.net/hutech/idas/uibar.htm

IDAS are known for their LPS filters and how good they are.

Eric

I exchanged emails withs Ted Ishigawa last month - he responded quite quickly (I was surprised and impressed actually).

Thanks for the info. I'm still tossing up whether to make the leap but I was favouring Hutech
