Jupiter and Saturn before sunrise

Got up early this morning to image Jupiter and Saturn. Some nice detail coming through on Jupiter with Moon Io just to the left.

Skywatcher 300PDS 12" F5 Newtonian, Svbony SV305, Svbony barlow. Captured in Sharpcap, stacked in AS!3, Sharpening and levels in PS.

Great images, the SVBony stuff can produce decent results in the right circumstances.

Thanks Russ. A nice big storm on Saturn might be nice to break the monotony.

Thanks Jeff. It's not a bad little camera. I don't have much to compare it to, just the ASI 183mm RGB. I understand it's a 290mc clone. Was wondering if it's worth the upgrade to a 462.

I have a 205. It's not a bad little camera but it is not very sensitive so it can only practically be used on bright targets ... such as Saturn or Jupiter

I have the SV105 also, the very first one from Svbony. I got some "okay" images of Jupiter for an animation, but the latest cams are way better. The 462 is from ZWO. I might get it for the extra features.
