Rosette Nebula Hubble Palette

This is my first image post. I started imaging mid last year and it's the first image I've really been happy with. Its Narrowband SHO with a total of 9hrs integration time. I'm using a Skywatcher Evostar 80ed and ASI1600MM Pro. Any feedback appreciated.

Stand back.....it seems we now have a new imager producing something quality work.

Great stuff for a first image.....actually amazing work!

Only comment I have is do you think it could be stretched jus5 a little more to pull out some extra detail. Seems to me there may be a little more lurking there in the shadows.

But hey....hat is off to you my friend. Awesome effort and a picture you should be very proud of

Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to stretch it a bit more. I'm always worried about the noise in the image, but it won't hurt to try.

My equipment:
-Skywatcher Evostar 80ed with matching 0.85x flattener/reducer
- AZ-EQ6 mount, 50mm guide scope with ASI290MM camera
-ASI1600MM Pro and ZWO filters in 8 x 1.25" EFW
- Controlled by a Raspberry Pi 4B running stellarmate and Kstars.

Exposure was Ha 100 x 90s, OIII 120 x 90s, SII 140 x 90s, all at gain 200.

Sensational effort, especially for someone who's only been imaging since mid last year. That's way better than anything I was producing on a similar timeline.

Great effort, nice colours, if a bit muted. You could go a bit more saturation. Focus/overall presentation is a bit soft even in the larger image although I would not be disheartened, you have done a great job!

Still working on focus technique since getting an EAF and using Kstars. You'd think autofocus would be easy.

I did try to sharpen it a bit more but it bought out the noise. I would have liked to add more subs but with the weather the way it's been decided 9hrs would have to do for now.

The other thing I need to try is removing stars and/or just selecting stars to remove the purple tone. I was able to remove the purple from the stars but also lost some nice red colouring around the outside of the nebula.
