As suggested, created one in Excel.

You can knock one up very easily using an Excel spreadsheet. Each cell is the same formula I.E. Scope FL/Eyepiece FL.
The formula is just =FL/EPFL

Or just do some simple mental arithmetic. Or use your phone calculator
