A New and Better Type of Mirror for Newtonians?

Hello,

I came across a new(ish) mirror on offer for newtonian telescopes that DO NOT require a (traditional) mirror cell and only have 1 single collimation point.

Seems like a lot of weight can be saved and single person collimation made a lot easier on large dobs.

Has anybody tried these mirrors, or seen an independent report on them?

Thanks
Steve

Yes well known. Royce conical mirrors have been around a long time. I suggest you look at Royce's home page, which announces in big red letters that he has retired and is no longer in Business. Not sure you can still buy them, but might be able to find a second hand one.
