Rosette

At the Mrs. request, I captured Rosette last night. It was the first time using the coma corrector I aquired in the same deal as my modded 350d. Stupid me didn't read the backset measurements properly and set it 55mm from the t-ring surface not the sensor.... Amateur mistake.

Not the most happy with the result but it's ok

74 x 90s @ ISO 800
Astromod 350d
Baader Coma Corrector ( incorrectly fitted )

Looks OK and very promising for when you sort everything out.

Looks great in the centre !!!!

You're not the only one. When I started using my newt after a long break I was pulling my hair out wondering why the coma corrector wasn't working. Yep - next day realised that I forgot the spacing between camera and corrector
