ZWO ASI120MM Solar Imaging Question

Hi,

Can you tell me if the ZWO ASI120 with a 1280 x 960 1/3" sensor through an 80mm refractor would capture a full solar disk, or would you need a larger sensor (eg ZWO ASI174MM)?

Thanks,

It gives a FOV of 27.5 arcmin x 20.5 arcmin. The sun is around 30 arcmin so it won't fit the whole sun in.
