Flexi Timer

I dont know wether this has been covered before or even if I have this post in the right place but I have just bought a prgrammable Flexi Timer kit from Jaycar.

It can be programmed via links from 1 second to 90 hours.

I bought it with the view of setting up my Canon 350D and having the timer take control of the exposure lengths.

It can be set up in a one shot mode (so it only takes one exposure) or continuous so it will take multi exposures.

You can also control the time between exposures aswell.

I was looking for the genuine article from Canon and the price was $199 this kit all up as cost me $50 and 45 minutes of my time to put together.

Currently the kit is sat on my PC table continually cycling 10 secs on 3 secs off and as been for the last hour.

Thought someone here might like to know about it.

I did see the advert but backed off because the location is Hong Kong. I was burnt by a transaction (eBay) from Hong Kong and I am a bit hesitant to buy from there again unless they are a reputable business. I paid for a pigs head automatic welding shield which never arrived and on my credit card statement they took payment for 2 items but I only ordered one. I left it too late to complain to eBay and the company no longer exists if they did at all.
