Possible Comet in Corona Australis

Below is a crop from my Corona Australis image. It shows an extended object moving against the stars.

Large image here showing its position. 7MB

I suspect it is a comet. Is it a known one? It may be an asteroid.

The data was collected 1/06/2016 22.06 to 2/06/2016 03.34 in order RGB

All you comet hunters should be able to do something with this info. Even if it is only an asteroid.

The region of interest has no comets known to Sky Safari. However there is a likelihood it could be (141) Lumen, a mag 12.6 main belt asteroid.
Lumen is not noted as being an extended object (i.e. having outgassing) ...

Wiki has this to say about it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/141_Lumen

Screen shot attached.

Have to agree with Tony.
141 Lumen.
Nice find, -busy area.
Just goes to show that all images should be examined closely.
One day it could be a new one.

Hoping for a new discovery at Mag 13 is pretty optimistic.
Unless you are aiming almost directly at the SCP, one of the sky surveys (usually Panstarrs or Catalina) is almost certain to pick up anything brighter than Mag 18.
The vast majority of new discoveries is Mag 20 or fainter.

This of course shows all the cosmic rays noise and satellites .

I can see four asteroids now. There may be more.
