FLI Atlas Backlash settings

To Atlas users - what backlash setting are you using (FocusMax)? Mine is set to zero - just want to check if that is correct. I notice in the FLI documentation the example they give is 5. Tiny difference - but keen to know what others advise.
Thank you....

I'm also using zero and haven't had any problems.

Cheers,
Rick.

I’ve just used the standard 50 steps that is default in the driver. I found the PDF needed them so I just left it with the Atlas.

Mine is set to zero I am pretty sure. I find the Atlas is fairly close going forward or backwards from exact focus but if you go past it there is usually a slightly different movement the other way to get back to it. I find this happens with any focuser though.

Greg.

Thank you all for your responses. Am checking the smaller details of my rig whilst waiting for the spring clouds to clear here in Perth and the arrival of a new camera.
