Jupiter from Melbourne 2April19

I thought i give sometime back after looking at everyone else wonderful photos for years. During what could only be descriped as amazingly good seeing from my part of the woods, I caught the GRS and the end of a Ganymere transit all on my very first session of the 2019 Jupiter season!.

Scope C11, with ZWO290MM. 10 mins of video, stacked best 1500 with Winjupos..... A good omen for 2019, I hope! Cheers and clear skies

Lovely image Domenic, beautiful colour rendition, well done. Am looking forward to this Jupiter season and the images that IISers will treat us to. Tried to image Jupiter this morning with a Ganymede transit and Red Spot but the seeing was terrible, almost a waste of good sleeping time.
