Roll off Roof Observatory

I am shifting house at the end of July and have no room to reconstruct my ROR observatory at the new location.
Details as follows:
Internal dimensions 3.8 x 3.8m
Internal wall height 1.43m
Internal apex height of roof 2.23m
Constructed of steel sections and painted colourbond cladding with a timber floor. Full size door for easy access. Screw foundations easily removed. Hole in centre of floor ready for solid pier footing.
Can be easily dissasembled in an afternoon and loaded onto a trailer (large trailer preferred to allow wall panels to be left in one piece each - 4m x 1.35m).
Asking for $1,000 which is well below component costs. Location - Tenterfield, northern NSW.

Looks like a very well thought out design - I wish our borders would open up

The end wall looks like it was designed to lay down for a better horizon. Is that the case?

Closed boarder

@Astrojunk. Apparently it's as simple as filling in a form. It could be worth looking into

Yes, that is the case. The northern wall folds down and is supported by the steel prop at an angle of around 45 degrees.
I have actually had a private message about this ROR - the person concerned is coming to look at it on 28/5.
