Finally got to try my new barlow out this morning and it is something I should of done a long time ago. I'm pretty happy with the results even if it was just a quick hit and run.

The last pic is one without the barlow.

Thanks Derek and Houghy!

The granulation was the first thing that stood out to me too.

Conditions were obviously better than I thought, the image on screen was very in and out of focus so the clear patches must of been good. Trouble with a big black OTA like mine in summer is more the air currents in the tube, I can only get about 10 or 15 minutes max from set up to a complete soupy mess.
