Astro video

I'm looking to work with children and want to use a large screen for viewing, instead of a viewfinder.
Damage to scope or now Covid 19 social distancing and handling eyepiece.
We have a celestron edge 8"
Any suggestions as to what would be a good video or astro camera to use.
or advice on a setup that is working along these lines.
any help will be gratefully accepted
Cheers
Rob

Viewing for kids

A simple answer is to use a Canon DSLR eg 50d, 60d.
You'd be able to liveview moon and planets on a laptop or send it to a projector.
With Astrotoaster and DeepSkyStacker you could get colour viewing of things like the Great Neb in Orion.
Search EEA electronically enhanced astronomy on youtube and see if that is what you want.
Good luck!
