5d mkii or 6d?

I put a deposit down today on a 5dmkii body for $2000, but they rang me back to say that they may not actually have any left, they're going to have a look tomorrow and see if they can get one.
They mentioned the 6d was only $200 more.
The price difference is not a problem, I just didn't think the gps and wifi would be that useful. I am I wrong? What are everyones thoughts?

The 6D has the lowest high ISO noise of any Canon camera.

Get it!

Get the 6D. I purchased a 5DII and while I am very happy with it, I was miffed that a few months later the 6D came out. I couldn't afford the 5DIII so if I wanted full frame it was my only choice at the time.

Now here's a twist, my reasoning for getting the 5d2 was they may be all gone except for the second hand market, but if the 6d really makes the 5d2 obsolete and the price difference is negligible then there is no urgency in buying the camera, I might just ask for my deposit back...

If low light performance is what you want, then for sure the 6D.

Ditto all the above. I have both, and the 6D is the one I pull out of the bag every time.

You can leave the GPS/Wifi turned off and you'll never notice it's there.

Get the 6D. By the way its more like $1700 or less on Ebay. Why would you pay $2200 unless it came with a kit lens?

Turns out they couldn't get a 5d despite the computers saying they had them in stock. So I'll get my deposit back tomorrow.
I found myself in a catch 22.
I've had a 5d on my shopping list for nearly 2 years, and have been keeping an eye out, but not really been able to afford one. I have some funds available at the moment, and since they are now discontinued I thought I'd see if I can get one while I had the opportunity.
However I don't really have any decent lenses to use with either a 5d or 6d.
I could use it with my scope, but I still need a decent eq mount so that also becomes a roadblock.
I can't quite justify spending money on a full frame camera and a lens or an eq mount at the moment, and since the 6d will be available for a while there is no urgency in buying one.
I'll put the money in the bank and keep saving.
Thanks to all for the advice on the 6d, saved me from an expensive mistake!

Canon 6D $1567

I bought a Samyang lens from these guys. They were a bit slow but they replaced the lens which had a defect. It took a while but they came good.
