Another HOO Rosette to add to the pile

Ha 5nm: 11X600s and 33X300s
OIII 3nm: 48X300s
ED80 on HEQPro
ZWO ASI1600MM-Pro

Have various colour versions but think I prefer the more muted appearance. Another more blue/purple version is attached which came a little easier. Still hoping to add S2 when the sky clears. Always welcome criticism, preferences and comments.

Hi Ben,
that's a very high quality picture -
tiny stars & plenty of detail with rich color.
I'm not sure which version I like the most.

cheers
Allan

Looks great! I think I prefer the muted one too. With equal amounts of SII it will make a great SHO version.

Looks great, Ben! I think somewhere in between the two would be my preference.

How about this smokier version? I think the cooler details don't get so lost in all the action perhaps? Update on astrobin.

Thanks for the nice comments too :-)

Of all the seasonal favourites, the ones positively hammered by every farmer and his imager ...the Rosette is perhaps my favourite.

All versions look ok to me Ben, with nice details

Thanks Mike. I get the feeling each new process might be like a different possible direction rather than an out and out improvement. Anyway, bound to be more versions

My very first go at this a year or two ago with a DSLR was pretty awful so glad to revisit it and have something better :-)

Oh and here is that next version, that isn't as fractured as the first or as muted as the third (and cropped)

Thanks for the comments :-) Cropped the original as the outer edges bothered me (too much grayish guff, easy to over cook). However why not version E Can’t upload it yet to Astrobin but here is it straight from the iPad.

So many versions Ben! I prefer the original one though - a subtle but beautiful rendition. Nice work!
