Took some lunar images a couple of nights ago
Prime focus ( waxing Gibbous 85% )
Prime focus 5 x zoom ( waxing Gibbous 85%)
Prime focus with 2 x Powermate ( Copernicus Crater )
Prime focus 4 x Powermate ( edge of moon )
Obviously not a good time to image the moon at low altitudes but had some fun anyway
Thanks again Tony
I use BYEOS in planetary mode to capture the AVI video files ( between 1200 to 2000 frames ) and then stack them in Autostakkert 3 using four stacking options 10%, 25%, 50% and 75%.This gives me a choice of quality for selection
I don’t use any post processing as I like the moon’s natural colour and tones. I just fiddle with exposure times and ISO to adjust the capture
Cheers
