Jupiter This Morning

Managed to grab some video of Jupiter this morning of The Red Spot transiting in moderate seeing ( 5 / 10 !).
150mm F8 newt, HEQ5, ZWO290mc, 2.5 Powermate, best 400 / 2000 frames processed in Registax. Thanks for looking.

Well done for getting up so early Jeff. They're mighty good shots for a 6 inch scope, a little yellow perhaps but your focus looks spot on which takes advantage of the seeing conditions. Thanks for sharing and keep them coming. Saturn is not far behind Jupiter now but it's a little trickier to capture due to it's smaller size and magnitude. Give it a go.

Thanks fellas'. Who gets up early, just don't get to bed until very late. Tried some more processing to reduce the yellow a bit and I have done Saturn a few times this month and last month as well but can't seem to tease out much colour yet. Maybe next month when it is a bit brighter may make it easier to get some colour.

Great series of pics Jeff
Suspect you could reduce the noise a bit and still keep most of the detail
