Lunar Vistas with strange shadow

Tried imaging M20 last night but gave up due to bad seeing and moon glare
Captured some lunar images about 20 deg past the meridian
Canon 600D
ISO800
Captured via BYEOS Planetary mode
1500 AVI frames

•Prime Focus
•2 x Powermate
•2.5 x Powermate
•4 x Powermate
•5 x Powermate
•Lunar terrain craters Alphonsus and Arzachel 5 x Powermate 5 x zoom
•Lunar terrain craters Archimedes, Arstillus and Autolycus 5 x Powermate 5x zoom
•Appenine moutain range 5 x Powermate 5 x zoom

Stacked in Autostakkert 3
Processed in Registax 6

Seeing was on the poor side as the lunar terrain video was jumping around quite a bit even on lower mag
NB : if you look at the moon shots there is what looks like a rectangular shadow artifact on the upper region of the moon extending out from the terminator. Any ideas what this is or is it an actual moons mare areas in the shape of a rectangle ?? Very strange phenomenon
Moon was up around 50 deg in the north west with a clear view from my scope
I welcome any suggestions or comments
Thanks for looking

The rectangular “shadow” is definitely there, just checked an old phot from 2017. Never noticed it before either.

This shadow has me stumped all day and by chance I was watching Chucks Astrophotography on YouTube and he was imaging the moon with his Nikon on live view and “Bingo” the rectangular shadow is there , very faint but there in the same format and orientation as mine ( attached ) His image is over exposed but it’s definitely there. The moon is also at the same phase and his camera in the same frame as mine

Very unusual to say the least

Any ideas what it could be ??

Maybe some of you long term experienced astrophotographers on IIS might have a idea ?
