Ngc 2175

This is my first foray into the world of Ha imaging.
Exposure: 8 x 5 min. Not enough, but object was heading towards the horizon--It's a work in progress
Scope: William Optics ZS110
Camera: QSI 540 wsg
Filter: Astronomik hydrogen alpha
Mount: Losmandy GM8

Very interesting object.

I understand that ngc2175 is both the nebula and the open cluster.

Yes, there is some confusion about who discovered what object and what is named what!
