Perigee-Syzygy

Finally got my finger out and set up the scope for the perigee Full Moon. First image was taken just on perigee with my Vixen 102M refractor f10, about 15 frames? It was a bit cloudy so not many opportunities to get clear shots or even good exposures. On the following night I used a Vixen VC200L, captured in 2 panes 20 frames each, merged in Photoshop CS5. CentralDS 600D.

Nice work Tony. Great comparison shots between a 4” and an 8” scope, you can really see the difference in image quality and resolution.

Color fringing in the 4" as well.
