qhy10 ccd TEC / fan lights not on

hello members set up my qhy10 ccd tonight only to find that the TEC and fan lights are not on on the box
the camera itself is also silent
i have connected in the correct sequence
any help or suggestions?

Sounds like an issue with the DC201(?) box, have you double checked that the cable is firmly pressed in? I have found that it sometimes (because I move the cables around in my cable box) comes out a little. I have gotten into the habit of checking it every time

thanks colin, i just reconnected everything again and nothing, i then went to unscrew the reducer from it and suddenly the fan came on!
the TEC light though is not lit still, i wonder what could be wrong?
i will give the cables an extra push to see

thanks colin does seem i have a dodgy connection at the camera end, all lights on now!

Glad it's working now

The TEC light only comes on when it is actually on.
I have found that if you ever get horrendous in camera noise it is usually a partially disconnected cable on either the camera end of the DC201 box.
