Final Stage ARO Project Completed

Well the two domes and scopes are finally up and running.

This trip was delayed due to heavy rainfall and flooding so we were slightly behind schedule, but we managed to get things back on track quickly.

Also we had our families up there for the long weekend for the official opening of the two observatories with the ribbon cutting honours going to Marg Sprigg.
Both Marg and Doug were there and were very pleased at the outcome, as were we.

During our stay we were blessed with some great skies, reporting 0.9 arc sec seeing and not dropping below 1.5 during our stay. This makes us very happy knowing we put the scopes in the right location.

Looking forward to some clear skies now
