First Saturn and Mars for the year 22 June 2018 Melbourne

Well done Stewart.
I had a look earlier that night and the seeing wasn't good enough for imaging.
It must have improved later, judging from your images.

Hi Stefan,

The seeing did improve toward the end of my Saturn session.
It then seemed to improve for Mars later that night.

Hi Ken,

I'm using a BINTEL 12" Dob on a homemade tracking platform, 5 X Powermate and ZWO ASI224MC. The Dob is modified with a fan baffle to force air through the tube, and an electric focuser.

Stewart, you must be pleased with these images, Mars has come out really well. The 224 with fast frame rates makes all the difference.
