Bortle 2 versus Bortle 5/6 leo triplet 1 sub

1 5 minute sub

Taken 3 days apart same time of night both with new moon well under horizon.

No stretching.

A good comparison and about what I would expect from these two locations. Quite amazing the benefits of shooting from a dark sky, higher contrast which means less post processing too. Thanks for showing us the difference.

See similar every day in my subs as the astronomical twilight starts.
I just delete them.

It’s easy to take your skies for granted.....I have the same thing.

My standard when looking at what to stack is scrolling through the last couple pics to see which ones are sky brightness impacted and deleting them......and mine too look just like this!
