Which OAG for the RC8?

I'm not getting any joy using a guide scope, and I'm wondering which OAG others use with this scope. I'll be coupling it with the QHY 5.
I'm not keen on buying one only to find there isn't enough room in the imaging train for it.
Will there be any other additional purchases to be made?

Thanks in advance.

You're a champ Robin.

I'm hoping it's just flexure that is causing my guiding troubles atm. And not the fact that my entire mount hit the deck on the day of the Venus transit. (I'm still picking grass out of the mount casing.) And yes, the legs were fully extended, so it was quite a fall.

The skywatcher mounts are pretty tough, see if this thing helps. My new FS-60 -> ATIK adapter is at the PO for pickup so I'll post this up to you when I pick it up.

You'll need a t-threaded 2" nose for the telescope side and remove the 1.25" nose off the qhy5 so it screws straight on then you'll want 50mm to sensor so it all comes to focus. Getting everything in focus is a challenge.

Is the 550D a full frame sensor? If it is then the prism in this will show in the image.

I think I'll have all bases covered on this one.
If you could pm me with your address, I'll send you off a batch of home made choc muffins.
