Is this another Dodgy Email - Microsoft account

Hi all,

I have an email in my main box and seriously expect it to be an attempt at retrieving details ??
Tho thought should have some more experience feedback from you guys here, as it does look rather legit, ? ?
Are these mails just getting real-good or is this in fact the real thing, ? ?
Personally I havent heard anything before this and the warning of just having 48 hrs to act is kinda just weird !
