A clear night, light wind, moon below the horizon, no rostered shift tonight. A rare combination in Tassie.

40 * 2 minute exp with the Canon @ 250mm on the Star Adventurer 2i.

That turned out really nice Mark, a great wide field of this popular jewel in our southern skies. Just goes to show what can be achieved with simple equipment in the hands of an experienced operator. Looks like you've got "The Knack"
