Purchasing a used Stellarvue SV60EDS

Hi everyone, I have an opportunity to buy a SV60EDS But I'm not sure what it's worth, The current owner asked me to make him an offer but I can't find anything anywhere that gives me a guide on what the price would be, well in AU$$ anyway. There is some $US prices new on the web but as far as the used market I am lost. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance Ice..

Yes , just convert it to Au $'s and 2/3rds of that would be about right , if its in ' Like new condition ' of course .

Can you see and try before you buy ? or is it sight un-seen ? .

Brian.

Yes, as a rule in any country a shop will buy at 1/3 the value and sell at 2/3 so buying at 2/3 used and no more is a good idea

Purchasing a used Stellarvue SV60EDS

I think I paid somewhere between AUD 600-700 for a new one of these back in 2015 ? High 600's , I think but can't go back and find out. Don't know if this helps.

I decided to make him an offer of $600.00, it is in great shape and came with the SV Flattener and propitiatory Bahtinov mask so I'm happy
Thanks for the feedback
