There's quite a few on eBay, starting at ~$50.00 Aus.
New, (as in never used), Sealed, etc.,
Just a thought.

Virtual PC is no longer available.

Instead, older PC software can often be run in WINE in Linux. (Newer PC software cannot.)

You could also install the perfectly legit VM that MS released of XP, then run the 98 software on that in compatibility mode.
