12VDC to 240VAC Inverter

Hi Guys, Please excuse me if I'm asking the wrong question in the wrong place, forums are very new to me.
I'm looking at purchasing a 150W (450W Surge) 12VDC to 240VAC Inverter with USB to run my 1600mm cool, EAF and dew straps (2). The feed is coming from a 100amp hr lithium battery.

I have now idea when it comes to electricity consumptions / converting numbers etc. My question is, will this one do the job?

Thanks in advance for any advice. Cheers all. Clear Skys

Chris why do you want to go to 240 Volt? The inverter will consume power and then you will need to convert back down to USB (5 Volt ). More efficient just to go from 12 Volt to 5 volt with a much cheaper reduction and it also eliminates 240 Volt connections, a much safer alternative on dewy nights.

USB power hub might be the go?
Certainly can't afford one of the Astro Power boxes.

EDIT: Found what I need. I just have to find one in Oz.

Available in long lengths from BINTEL...

Or, Jaycar have them in 1.5m lengths for about $5

Or, you could make one by buying a 12V extension cable from Jaycar, cutting off the female end & attaching a cigarette lighter plug (or other connection of your choosing). Just make sure the polarity is correct for your mount, application or whatever it is you want to power... usually, things are centre pin positive but, please check & then test your lead before plugging it in.... most mounts & other expensive astro gizmo's have no reverse polarity protection...
