Jupiter, 3 moons, 2 storms

Frustrating that seeing was poor on 4th June while two shadows were transiting, but by the time Ganymede and Europa were transiting, Io popped out to play. The GRS and Oval BA are prominent as is the new spot on the STB, southeast of the Red Spot. Some details on Ganymede too, even in the unexceptional conditions.

Hi Andy,

Great images

I had not appreciated the detail on Ganymede in my image till I read your post. Seeing where I live on June 4/5 was some of the best I've had for a while. It is interesting how it varies from place to place.

Cracking view of the big planet, and the detail on those moons is absolutely amazing!
