Slow Flashing Object

Hi Guys,

I really hope someone saw this.
At around 9pm till 9:15pm saturday night in Sagittarius fairly close to the celestial equator.

I saw 2 objects 1 after the other.

The first object flashed for around 1 second every 10 seconds it moved north about 5 degrees in 2 minutes then rapidly dissapeared.
The second object Flashed for around 1 second then dulled and flashed again for another second every 20 seconds it moved around 20 degrees south over 3 minutes.

I figure too slow for satellite, to close for asteroid, too high for plane, too bright for plane. I feel they were something like a rocket body or rock tumbling around the GPS satellite orbit range.

If someone else saw they or have an opinion on what they might be please post. Heavens above had nothing, stellarium shows nothing. ceres is near by but to far out.
