Just a few quick grabs of the comet from Shoal Point, Mackay northern beaches taken on the 25th july at about 7.00pm. The wide field is a single frame 50mm f1.8 3.2 sec at iso 1600. The closeup is a stack of 10 x 20sec at iso 1600, 120mm f5 achro on a Heq5pro this one definitely could do with more subs.
Thanks guys, it was quite easy to spot with bino's tonight even with the quarter moon, but not quite naked eye. It's always fun trying to capture these one of events.
