With things changing for me lately, I've had to bin a number of projects and lighten the load of items I just don't use. Most items include post, but a couple are pick up only as they are just too bulky to post so these are pick up only.
* 10" GSO f/5 OTA, with tube rings and Vixen style dovetail plate. Includes two eyepieces (30mm Superview and 15mm plossl), and a 50mm finder. EDIT: Tube rings and dovetail plate no longer available - see post No. 6 above.
More items to be added shortly.
OTA is only 3 months old and is practically in new condition. OTA had been part of a dob, and the idea was to use the tube for another project, which is now not going to happen... "the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry...". Dob mount has been sold, along with the alt bearings, and the holes in the tube filled with grommets.
Asking $400 (very negotiable), pick up from Maroubra in Sydney's east.

* Skywatcher 1.25" 2X barlow with M42 camera thread. Never used, pristine condition. $25 posted
* 2" Helical focuser. Good condition. WITH a 1.25" adapter - I just found it . Asking the same price for it at $45 posted.
* Early Baader Hyperion 8mm to 24mm zoom eyepiece. Has a little dust inside - how it got there I have no idea as I got it like this years ago second hand. Real shame as the image it throws up is very good. Does not have the wee AFOV of other zoom eyepieces, and it comfortable to use. Comes with caps and 1.25" and 2" focuser barrels. Priced because of internal dust - asking $50 posted. SOLD
* EQ5 mount with dual axis motor drives. Comes with 6V battery pack, one 3.5kg counterweight, a stainless steel tripod that has been modified to have a stainless spreader, slow motion knobs. The EQ5 mount can be reconfigured to work as an alt az mount too. Asking $225, pick up only from Maroubra in Sydney's east. SOLD

The mount, mirror and associated bits and pieces in the first post all came from a GSO dob that I am only keeping the tube for a project that I will actually be finishing!!! REALLY! I promise!!!! These components all came from a scope that is only 3 months old so they are absolutely in pristine condition.
Ok, a BIG change has occurred to my situation in the last few days. I have come into a gorgeous 9" Mak, and the plans I had for the 10" Parks mirror have now gone out the window.
So, I am now selling the 10" f/5 GSO I had spent quite some time looking for...
Please see the first post for details. Price is VERY negotiable as I need to clear space.
Also available is the Parks 10" f/5 mirror. I bought it new from AEC in South Australia some 24 years ago and used it in my first DIY scope. Coating is ok for its age, but does need a recoat to get it to its best again. Current overcoat is marked from clumsy cleaning efforts when I started out. I also have the original Parks certificate that came with the mirror.

I've added a couple of pics of the primary mirror. It really is in brand new condition, and is kept covered with soft tissue paper (no, not the Kleenex type...).
Only item that remains is the OTA with the rings, eyepieces, finder, 10:1 focuser and one dovetail plate (your choice of Losmandy or Vixen, but not both). All the other items have been sold.
