CCD Cameras and Meade 3.3 reducer

Hi all, I have a meade 3.3 reducer and a meade DSI pro II colour. My telescope is a Celestron f10 8 inch. I was testing the different spacers on the weekend on a building about 200m away and looking at how many bricks I could count at the different F ratios. I found that at f3.3 the fov is not that big as the sensor is small on the DSI. What I would like to know is..

- what is the equivalent eyepiece the DSI II is on my celestron
- What type of cameras are there that I could use with the 3.3 reducer that would give a wider fov.

regards
Kon

Kon,
Download the freeware CCDCalc, it will give a quick result of FOV v's camera.

The x0.33 reducer was designed originally for webcam sized chips (2.8 x 3.7mm)...anything larger than that, they don't work well....

I'd say you'd get reasonable results with the x0.63 reducer......
