FocusPal software

I recently upgraded to windows 10 Pro. Almost all apps ran without issues. However focuspal software for electrical motor focus control would not behave. I continually receive "SystemError & H80004023(-2147467229)" hence the app closes down. Uninstalled the software and re installed the app several times without success. As well contacted ShoeString Astronomy for a fix and the answer was they cannot duplicate the error although it is written for pre windows 10.
I did have a comparable error with the polemaster driver but it was corrected when I approached QHY so it not so unusual.
I ask if someone has had this problem and what was the fix or workaround. Or is there other software for driving a JMI focus motor via a Shoestring Astronomy FCUSB.

Finally received a driver from ShoeString Astronomy for the motor focus control. It was a FCUSB combined driver that did the trick.
Thanks for all the replies.
