I am considering purchasing a Coronado Solarmax II 90 telescope.
I was looking at the offerings from bintel and was thinking that the 90mm/BF15 combo for just under 5K is quite reasonable.
I am curious to know if you can buy the BF30 separately and if they are interchangeable, as it has a 2" throat rather than 1.25" throat for the BF15. Main reason being I want to put ether the STL or ST-8300 on the back for some full disk solar work.
Does anyone know anyone else who has done this? Or would I be better off buying the ERF and BF30 and retrofitting my Tak 102 for solar work.
