I have an Explore Scientific 5x Focal Extender (basically a Powermate clone) I could sell you for $110.

A bit more expensive than what you're looking for but I just thought I'd mention it - should be easier on your eyepieces than a 5x barlow as it's a telecentric design. They cost $195 new at Sirius Optics.
