NGC 6188 Ara dragons

Hi all
Heres one thats been on show lately.
30x360s modded canon 50d, SW ED100 refractor. PHD2 and dithered
ImagesPlus for acquisition and processing.
IDAS LPS filter

Plenty of star colour. Difficult to remove green and blue from the background.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Nice shot Glen, an interesting part of the sky which you've captured well. Light pollution filters do change the colour balance, I will often try and remove a cast in PS by using the Selective Colour function. This will add or remove colour in areas where there is a colour lacking or contaminating another, you adjust CMYK sliders left or right which affect the colours you choose to correct.
