ZWO Carina

This was ment to be a test of my new Zwo 1600mm, cool
i shot this around 6:30 pm May 28...

because it was a test i decided to shoot 10 subs of only 60 seconds on each filter, i wanted to test my new colimation and the coma corrector spacing...

As a result the attached image, i am surprised with the sensitivity of the camera and how fast it is compared to the QHY9S.

this is a link of the Astrobin publication.

http://www.astrobin.com/298385/?nc=user

I hope you like it...

i used my 8 Inch F5 newt, eq6 mount and ZWO nb filters.

Looking good Diego
Most of the "smeariness' of your past processing workflow seems to have diminished as well.
From my experience, this object needs a lot of S2 data to balance the palette as the core region is super rich in O2.
Pretty amazing for 30mins integration time - I wonder what it would like with a few nights dedicated to each filter?

Thanks Andy, i was really impressed with the end result, as i said i wanted to test everything and every sub impressed me, it needs more Sii, maybe i could shoot more sii to add on this data and see what happens?

Compared to the QHY9M, this files are way bigger with way more data in 1/3 the time on the same target, i had my ideas about this camera but after processing images from other APers, i decided to try i out, and this happened, never espected the Astrobin outcome....

I want to try on fainter targets and see what else i am capable of getting from this camera, i know that everyone has to be tired of Eta Carina all the time!!!!!

That's truly excellent, Diego. You must be thrilled.

Fantastic work.

More hours would control the grittiness, but the sharpness, colour, and contrast are already spot on.
