Rosette - a foray into narrowband

Back briefly from a hiatus with some new narrowband filters. This is a bicolour of the Rosette, mapped HOO, with a luminance generated from both channels. The weather hasn't been kind here, so this is only about 10 hours of data so far, but I was too excited to not have a look at what is there. I am planning to upload at native res with much less compression when it is presentable that way, perhaps with SII as well. But with the current weather looking to continue, there's no telling when that may be!

Great detail there Jerome and the colour looks very natural. If you care to experiment you could try adding a touch of Ha (25% or so) to the blue channel to simulate the H beta emission. It sometimes works.

Thanks all.

Geoff - thank you for the suggestion. I have done something similar in the past with Ha and the blue channel in broadband images, but had not thought to do that here. I will definitely be experimenting.
