Hi Bob,
Good fun eh! I see some of the flower is in focus, but I can't see any
ant [or part thereof] in focus. I know less than nothing about phones and their cameras. Can you make adjustments such as aperture, or is everything
auto?

No, its just a clip on lens with a narrow depth of field, so it is difficult to get many of the ants in focus. This one may be better, as it is a smaller image.

I have also attached a photo of a seed against my security screen. The grid on the screen gives a good guide to the distortion in the lens.

Tell you what! that clip on is pretty good, assuming that it doesn't cost an
arm and a leg.

I picked it up from a local newsagency for $15(pictured). I see some similar online items, which vary in cost.
