Love the colour and intensity of those proms Ken, and you've scored some nice solar granulation as well.

I find it challenging enough to stick with just one (WL) filter - how do you guys swap in and out so many filters?

Cheers

Dennis

Dennis,
I cheat!
I have a few ED 80 scopes, and have fitted one with the SM60 and PST mod for H alpha, another has the DIY CaK filter assembly.
The TS102 f11 was originally used with the PST mod and I’ve now set it up with the Baader cool Herschel wedge.
So, I just have to change over the PM and camera and mount the required scope on the HEQ5.

David, The wind is building.....but the atmosphere has been very unstable.
Onwards and Upwards....

Great images Ken, must have been better seeing down your way or I just can't get decent focus in white light. Love the proms too.
