Hey there fellas,
Im looking to put my 10" dob on a peir out the back yard, I understand all the bits of getting it mounted like i need rings and what not and the carrying capacity of the mount will mean a EQ6, but is there a place that i can buy a EQ6 Head with all the bits needed so i can then bolt it down to a peir?
I have had a bit of fun now with astro photography, and im getting alright at it, but now i would like to start doing it at home I have all my computer and a nice little spot to put thet peir out the back. Along with the knowledge and knowhow to put in a good hard core peir up.
I need to have go to capabilitys in the head as i live in a light polluted city ... One step at a time i says.
get the peir up with a telescope on it, then start buying the astro photography gear and modifications as needed.
