NGC 2264 XMAS Tree region

Something else to look at since the weather has imposed a quiet period - I took this a couple of months ago with the Sharpstar 61 and L-Enhance filter.
I can't remember the capture details but it was 1 to 2 hours of 5 minute exposures.

There are a few objects in the field that would be interesting to target with a bigger scope, especially the Cone nebula.

That's fine image and a great wide field, so much to see in there, gives me some ideas, just need some clear dark skies for a change.
Thanks for posting your images, always interesting.

Thanks Jeff. Apart from the Cone, Fox Fur and Hubbles Variable nebula (above and right of the Cone) there are some cool planetaries in Monoceros (Red Rectangle and Butterfly).
