Moon and Bat

I could try for years and never get a shot like this one. Pity about the cloud, but I wouldn't swap it for the bat!

I gave up on getting a Bat in the moon. So, Credit to you for the timing, right place etc, not as easy as people think, you have one and I would keep it, and the cloud adds to the show, a plus in my books

Sheer luck Bob. I was trying to get some moonrise landscapes and didn’t even know the bat was there until I saw it on the big screen.

Sort of. I was a bit north of NewCASTLE. It’s one of the well-known castles in Transylvania.
